EgyptWhat I'm looking for
At factories affiliated with the Egyptian Ministry of Defence, I designed and prepared production-ready CNC files for plasma cutting and routing. I created 2D and 3D toolpaths using ArtCAM and SheetCAM, with approximately 90% of my work focused on 2D CAM.
I operated Hypertherm CNC plasma machines and set cutting parameters according to material, thickness, alloy, cut quality, and production volume. I also handled post-processing to generate machine-ready programs.
I selected feeds, speeds, and cutting tools for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and wood. I interpreted AutoCAD technical drawings and designed mechanical components and replacement parts using SolidWorks.
Alongside my CNC/CAM work, I contributed to interior finishing and national projects, including the renovation of Imams' Mosques, the Al-Shaab Park perimeter wall, and residential districts within the New Administrative Capital.
