What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build decision-ready BI solutions using Power BI, SQL, and modern data platforms, with opportunities to work on reliable dashboards, data modeling, and stakeholder-focused analytics.

I've delivered four production Power BI dashboards for CBRE's US real estate analytics engagement, covering valuations, leasing, property details, and portfolio analytics. I build advanced DAX measures for discount rate, cap rate, NOI, occupancy, and time-based portfolio KPIs.

I use SQL, Snowflake, SQL Server, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric to prepare reliable reporting data, validate quality, and design semantic star-schema models. I've also built secure loan lending and personal finance dashboards with Row-Level Security, interactive KPI views, and drill-through analysis.
