I’ve completed 20+ control testing engagements across commercial banking processes, covering risk-based sampling, evidence validation, and documentation. I also review FR Y-9C and Call Report information against Source of Record (SOR), Hogan, and General Ledger (G/L) systems.
My work includes process walkthroughs with 1LOD process owners, where I examine workflows, risks, control execution, and potential gaps. I’ve also developed process knowledge across Commercial Credit Report activities and correspondent banking risk assessments.
At EXL Services, I conducted daily product-testing tasks, reviewing, analysing, and validating product features in e-commerce processes. I followed internal quality standards, testing methodologies, and standard operating procedures.
