What I'm looking for

I’m continuing to pursue a career in clinical and medical documentation, applying my medical scribing and EHR documentation experience.

At Aquity Solutions, I charted live General Medicine encounters for SIU School of Medicine, documenting patient histories, exam findings, assessments, and plans directly in the EHR.

I also supported order entry and chart review, using medical terminology consistently while working remotely with the physician during appointments.

At Manipal Hospitals, I reviewed case sheets for drug interactions and supported Antibiotic Stewardship activities. I also performed adverse drug reaction detection, monitoring, causality assessment, and reporting.

My Pharm.D training included clinical services and case presentations, and I’ve published clinical case studies. I’ve also contributed to application development and documentation at Ingwa Labs while continuing to pursue clinical and medical documentation work.
