At Accenture, I support procurement and invoice processing for the Google LLC project. My work includes purchase order tracking, vendor communications, contract capture, and invoice validation.
I process PO and non-PO invoices, check requests, and credit or debit memos in SAP. I also monitor duplicate invoices, resolve exceptions with vendors, and help move invoices through to payment.
I use Excel and Advanced Excel to prepare reports and track exceptions. I also support month-end activities by clearing pending invoices and reconciling vendor statements.
