At Terkiana PC, I prepare immigration forms, motions, declarations, legal briefs, petitions, and supporting documentation for USCIS and Immigration Court filings.
I support removal defense matters from client intake through case closure, including client interviews, evidence gathering, deadline tracking, electronic filing, and communication with EOIR, USCIS, Immigration Courts, and detention centers.
I assist attorneys and clients with Master Calendar Hearings, Individual Hearings, USCIS interviews, bond motions, and stay-of-removal requests. I also use Westlaw, LexisNexis, EOIR, and USCIS resources to support legal research and case strategy.
Previously, I supported startup and business law matters at Substantia Law Group and drafted pleadings and conducted research as a legal intern in India. I also help improve workflows and train new paralegals and legal assistants on case management systems and document preparation.
