I'm looking to apply FP&A, commercial finance, business intelligence, and automation skills to improve planning, reporting, cost control, and management decision-making.

I'm building consolidated P&L reporting and planning tools for Food Quest Restaurants Management, connecting revenue, COGS, margins, OpEx, workforce data, and cash requirements for executive decisions.

I prepare headcount and salary budgets, scenario forecasts, and staffing recommendations while overseeing payroll planning for more than 1,400 employees. My cost-variance analysis contributed to HR cost reductions of up to 12%.
