I’m a dedicated self-motivator with a track record of building strong warehouse teams and keeping distribution operations running safely, accurately, and on time. I bring hands-on expertise in unloading, receiving, verifying materials, and operating the equipment needed to complete the full warehouse cycle.
In my most recent role as a Warehouse Specialist, I promptly unload, receive, and verify incoming materials, recording quantity and quality through appropriate computer systems. I adhere to all safety requirements, including proper PPE use, while supporting accuracy and timeliness of warehouse functions. I also schedule daily workload distribution, direct warehouse team members, and act as backup to the distribution center lead.
Previously, as a Night Warehouse Packing Supervisor, I supervised multiple roles—Inventory Clerks, Order Pickers, and Order Packers—and cross-trained, coached, and developed more than six warehouse staff members on inventory maintenance and order processing. I partnered with warehouse managers to improve effectiveness through OSHA procedures, supported performance management and attendance policy adherence, and helped minimize customer complaints by processing orders efficiently.
Outside of warehouses, I’ve strengthened my people leadership and communication through experience as a Truck Service Advisor and Substance Use-Resident Manager. I trained new staff on repair policies, procedures, and safety protocols, and as a Resident Manager I led weekly support group meetings, coached men on healthy life skills, maintained organized program records, and handled household emergencies/crises. I’m also proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel for inventory reporting, and I’m ready to bring that same reliability and coaching mindset to a significant logistical establishment.
