At United Parcel Service - Supply Chain (UPS-SCS), I supported budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business partnering. I supported the business in winning a warehousing contract with revenue over $110,000.
Earlier at United Parcel Service (UPS), I worked in finance and brokerage, where I created the Brokerage Unit’s first process flow and proposed a customer billing methodology that increased monthly unit revenue from $12k to $67k. I also helped improve end-of-month timelines from 8 days to 4 days at CFAO.
