William Rodella
@williamrodella
Senior digital and UX designer focused on accessibility-driven, conversion-focused experiences.
What I'm looking for
I am a senior digital and UX designer with extensive experience creating accessible, high-conversion marketing and product experiences for public sector, museum, and corporate clients. I specialize in visual systems, web and e-commerce design, and translating complex concepts into clear, engaging deliverables.
At Allegheny County and Net32 I led redesigns, produced headless landing pages, and shipped interactive experiences that drove measurable ROI improvements, including double-digit quarterly gains. I apply WCAG 2.1 and ADA standards to ensure inclusive experiences while optimizing performance.
Previously, I redesigned an institutional brand identity and directed UX for a 2,300+ page museum website, improving sessions and drastically reducing load times. I also produce broadcast and social media assets, lead creative for conferences, and mentor junior designers and contractors.
I combine design systems thinking, component libraries, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate creative output and meet KPIs across global brands. I am collaborative, process-oriented, and focused on delivering accessible work that performs.
