At SISU Technologies, I lead a four-person team building SaaS, AI, and high-traffic platforms used by enterprise clients. I built an AI-powered estimation engine using OpenAI and RAG that became the firm’s default estimation process.
I developed a WhatsApp platform with multi-agent ticket management and campaigns for more than 10 enterprise clients, and a user-engagement platform serving over 10,000 requests per minute. By splitting its monolith into services, I reduced peak-hour analytics dashboard latency by around two seconds.
Previously, I designed a multi-tenant Honda microsite platform at Netcommerce and built reusable Laravel and Filament components adopted across client projects. I also delivered clinical laboratory management systems end to end at Universidad de Guadalajara.
