What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can lead cybersecurity governance, risk, and operations planning, coordinate across agencies and stakeholders, and use analytics to deliver clear dashboards, briefings, and timely remediation guidance.

I am a highly accomplished Senior Security Professional and U.S. Army Veteran with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in cybersecurity, strategic planning, risk management, and inter-agency coordination. I excel at developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, analyzing complex data to produce actionable reports, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In my most recent role as a Senior Cybersecurity Planner, I support joint effects and cyberspace operations planning, integrating Defensive and Offensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO/OCO) into joint targeting. Earlier, I served as a Director of Cybersecurity, leading major security programs and directing security operations with a team of 10 cybersecurity and cyberspace operations planners. Across my career, I have driven cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), led threat and vulnerability assessments, coordinated incident response and preparedness, and built metrics, dashboards, and executive briefings using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
