At Trillia (formerly Neoway), I led a full-scale migration from Vue 2 to Vue 3, defining the strategy and moving the application to the Composition API while maintaining backward compatibility.

I also spearheaded a new Design System and improved application performance through code splitting and efficient state management. I introduced AI-assisted development workflows and mentored junior developers and interns.
