At Virtual Service Operations Inc., I manage corporate storage and backup operations while supporting customer infrastructure. I also deliver Rubrik nodes for Raytheon’s global backup infrastructure and provide runbooks for backup, restore, and disaster recovery.
For West Virginia State, I designed a centralized datacenter to support IT as a Service for state agencies. I led the migration initiative to consolidate agency datacenters into the new facility.
For Raytheon, I supported storage infrastructure and led enterprise storage migration work across multiple data centers. I coordinated migration planning, replication, cutovers, validation, and runbooks with technical and customer teams.
At Dell-EMC, I deployed VxRail for the U.S. Air Force and architected EMC Avamar deployments for U.S. Embassies. At Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, I helped restructure the primary datacenter and engineered an “All-in-a-box” platform later adopted by Health.Mil as a standard deployment model for military hospitals.
