I revamp group financial reporting packs to make key information clearer for stakeholders, standardize monthly analysis, and drive budgeting/forecasting through monthly reforecasts of revenue and EBITDA. I build financial models—including predictive cashflow based on historical data—while ensuring compliance (including IFRS 15), coordinating external audits, and partnering closely with commercial teams to improve billing, collections, and Work in Progress aging and recovery.
