What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Director General (Legal), Chief Legal Officer, Head/GM Legal or Senior Legal Counsel opportunities, as well as external counsel and project-based engagements involving corporate, commercial, regulatory, technology and dispute-related legal work.

I've maintained an independent legal practice since 2007, advising and representing companies, business owners, executives, organisations and private clients on corporate, commercial, contractual and dispute-related matters.

As Head of Legal Affairs at GS Technologies, I led legal strategy through March 2025, advising senior leadership on governance, compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment matters, technology law and legal risk.

Previously, as Senior Partner at Adil Qazi Law Firm and Legal Consultant & Prosecutor at Sabzwari Law Chambers, I led commercial disputes, contract negotiations, litigation strategy, prosecution, pleadings and courtroom preparation.
