What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a remote, cross-functional analytics team where rigorous models meet messy human behaviour—building AI and forecasting engines that make decisions self-serve and measurable, with space to mentor and scale a modern data-science practice.

I came up through research, strategy and comms, then learned to build the data and AI on top. I read behavioural data the way a strategist does — as a story about people — and build the systems that augment that read.

Today I lead Data & Analytics, fully remote, for a Riyadh consumer-intelligence platform with a small cross-functional team. I built a unified engine that unites social, behavioural and primary research into one clear read colleagues and clients can query in plain language.

My focus has been measurable impact: I made data self-serve by building an engine that lets teams get answers without queuing for an analyst or dashboard. I also grew analytics from a thin base to about a quarter of company revenue in two years, at roughly 30% ROI, while rebuilding the data-science practice around forecasting and retention.

I’m at my best where rigorous models meet messy human behaviour — using the numbers to surface the nuance and bias underneath. Along the way, I’ve also productised agentic AI in production (LangGraph, Langfuse) and led distributed data teams through hiring, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
