Agentic AI Engineer at Areeb Technology building a SaaS GRC platform and AI systems for banks and legacy apps.
JordanWhat I'm looking for
At Areeb Technology, I contribute on a team of five building three AI systems: a SaaS GRC platform, a complaints-management system for banks, and an RPA platform for legacy systems without APIs.
On the GRC platform, I designed and deployed agents with custom orchestrators and tool-calling layers, and built RAG pipelines for reviewing uploaded evidence and compliance data. I also built the Follow-Up Management module end-to-end with React and Node.js/TypeScript.
For the bank complaints system, I worked on an AI workflow that logs incoming complaints, suggests case details and routing after staff confirmation, and gathers replies into tickets. Quarterly reports that took about three weeks of manual data gathering can now be generated with one click.
I also worked with the team on an RPA platform that uses computer vision and computer control to carry out requests in legacy applications. In my projects, I used Gemini API, Firebase, Flutter, PHP, ASP.NET Core MVC, and MS SQL Server to build emergency-management and photography-management systems.
