At Diligent, I developed reusable AI interaction and visual guidelines for three design systems, aligning Engineering, Brand, AI leadership, Legal, and Technical Writing on patterns, terminology, feasibility, and disclosures.
I independently built an industry risk-reporting solution in Amazon QuickSight that the Risk department adopted as the foundation for a new AI-powered risk product. I also designed a cybersecurity risk-reporting concept that brought a fragmented six-tab experience into a coherent reporting approach.
