At IBM, I support and enhance 80+ VBCS extensions connected to OIC services and OPA workflows, maintaining production stability across Oracle Fusion ERP integrations. I design REST/SOAP orchestrations, resolve incidents within SLA, and refine rule-based approval workflows for business-critical operations.
Previously at Deloitte and Infosys, I built responsive VBCS applications, OIC integrations, scheduler-management tools, insight dashboards, and file-transfer flows. My work includes Oracle ERP integrations, API-based automation, fault handling, custom logging, and workflow solutions using OIC, VBCS, OPA/PCS, OCI Functions, SQL, and JavaScript.
