What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Operations, or FP&A role with India-based or worldwide opportunities, where I can own finance processes, support management decisions, and work with international stakeholders.

I've led end-to-end finance for DataTracks Services, overseeing reporting, compliance, treasury, controls and planning across 10 group companies in seven international markets.

Reporting directly to the Chairman, I led eight finance professionals, shortened management reporting timelines by 10 days, improved the working-capital cycle by 30 days, and increased the dividend payout ratio from 60% to 95%.

At Ganit Inc and Agnikul Cosmos, I built and ran finance processes for startups, supported fundraising and due diligence, managed cash flow, and prepared management and investor reporting. I helped Ganit raise US$800,000 in a pre-Series A round.

As an independent consultant and Chartered Accountant, I've strengthened reporting controls, led forensic audits, supported a US$1 million transaction, and worked across audit, tax, compliance, and financial governance.
