Active volunteer as a listener at 7 Cups which provides online therapy and free support to people experiencing emotional distress. This role involves active listening and providing emotional support to individuals.

Assisted the Safety Excellence System (SES) internal audit by collaborating with department element owners to ensure completion and verification of audit questions, documentation, and compliance. Led and participated in safety walks and Gemba walks to proactively identify and mitigate workplace hazards.

Developed hazard communication training presentation content and assisted in training 200 employees within 2 weeks. Established a chemical inventory of all production rooms and updated the safety data sheets (SDS) for each chemical used.

Planted native trees in Bayou Bienvenue, harvested and replanted plugs of marsh grass in the central wetlands unit as part of the coastal restoration program. This involved hands-on environmental conservation efforts.

Addressed client queries, managed client database and made appointments/follow-up calls. Assisted in preparing real estate documents and forms, and took clients for site visits.

Assisted in day-to-day supervised activities, site safety inspections and forwarding submittal forms to the client for approvals and developed progress reports. Assisted the site in-charge in completing checklists for conventional formwork, reinforcement, pre-pour/post-pour checks and Oversaw shuttering work, placement of reinforcement and concrete pouring.

Volunteered for the ten-day special camping program on the theme Healthy Youth for Healthy India organized at Konthagai Village - Sivagangai, India. This involved active participation in community development initiatives.
