I've built and scaled Mars Inc.'s Data Engineering & Process Intelligence Center of Excellence, creating governance across data engineering, analytics, and solution deployment. My work has supported $500M+ in identified business value and $350M+ in realized outcomes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Go-To-Market, and inventory management.

At Mars, I lead automation strategy by pairing Celonis process mining with Automation Anywhere RPA and Celonis Action Flows. I develop ROI-based business cases, align executives and cross-functional partners, and turn process insights into operational improvements.

Previously, I architected enterprise data, governance, and security standards for Mars Pet Nutrition and led Asurion's migration to AWS S3 and Redshift. I also consolidated 350+ legacy reports into approximately 150 Spotfire dashboards, improving performance by up to 70%.

I've led distributed Agile/Scrum teams, mentored engineers and analysts, and built enablement programs for self-service analytics. As a U.S. Army veteran and former Combat Medic, I bring disciplined, steady leadership to complex, high-stakes work.
