At Chheda Electricals And Electronics, I developed Battery Management System architecture and a High Voltage Isolation Measurement Device. I also developed an SD card data reader and integrated it with a vehicle Cluster and HV Power Distribution Unit.
I developed embedded firmware for microcontrollers and multitasking applications using FreeRTOS. My work included low-level drivers, hardware bring-up, and firmware validation.
I also programmed embedded Linux applications and developed firmware for End-of-Line production testing. I worked on High Voltage chargers for four-wheeler electric vehicles and validated CAN/LIN communication systems.
At BGAUSS Auto Pvt. Ltd., I perform battery quality inspection, testing, and root cause analysis, and support product homologation and EMI/EMC testing. Earlier, as a Trainee Technician at Seco Tools Pvt. Ltd., I maintained and troubleshot machinery.
