I’m a Chartered Accountant and Partner at Vishal Mohit & Associates, where I deliver offshore finance and accounting teams from India for clients across the US, UK, Australia, and the Middle East—plus full-service tax, audit, and advisory for businesses in India. I built my model around solving rising compliance costs, staffing gaps, and missed deadlines by running reliable, end-to-end delivery in US GAAP, UK, Australian, and UAE frameworks.

Before starting the firm, I spent over two years at Intertrust Group managing accounting and compliance for international corporate and fund clients to global standards. Now, I lead Indian tax engagements (GST, income tax, TDS, planning, and litigation/representation), deliver statutory and internal audits and assurance, and advise founders and SMEs on compliance, business structuring, project finance, subsidies, startup advisory, and even Carbon Accounting & ESG Reporting.
