At HCLTech, I build Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions for multiple teams, connecting SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint into self-service models. I use DAX, Power Query, and SQL validation to deliver KPI, MTD, YTD, and performance reporting.
I consolidated 38 stakeholder-specific Excel reports into one Power BI model with Row-Level Security and bookmark navigation, cutting preparation and distribution time from about 38 hours to under one hour per cycle. I’ve also built volume, incident, procurement, inventory, and EV charging project cost reports that help leadership track trends, SLA performance, profitability, and budget-versus-actual spend.
