Vishakha Waje

I am an instructional designer with over three years at Aptara Corp, where I designed and delivered learning solutions across AI, Python, data warehousing and executive sales trainings, producing interactive modules, gamified experiences, simulations and engaging video content aligned to client brand guidelines. I managed multiple projects simultaneously, conducted quality reviews at all stages, and collaborated closely with team leads, graphic designers and managers to meet performance objectives and deadlines. My work focuses on simplifying complex concepts for diverse learners and improving instructional outcomes.

I apply the ADDIE Model, Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Evaluation, and Bloom’s Taxonomy to create storyboards for WBT, ILT and VILT using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and Adobe Captivate, alongside strong MS PowerPoint and Word skills. I hold an M.A. in English, contributed as a university magazine editor, and bring research, assessment design and blended-learning expertise to collaborative, learner-centered teams.
