I'm looking to safeguard high-quality software releases through hands-on manual testing, risk analysis, cross-functional triage, and customer-focused quality advocacy.

I've served as a release gatekeeper for more than 100 production releases, protecting quality across mobile, iOS, Android, and regulated web platforms.

At InReach Solutions, I designed and executed manual functional and integration test plans, maintained traceable test evidence, and supported QA audits and compliance documentation. I partnered with engineering and release stakeholders to assess risk, triage defects, and keep releases on schedule while meeting regulatory and engineering requirements.

At Smartsheet, I owned QA release readiness for biweekly iOS and Android releases for seven years. I used Xcode, Console logs, and Charles Proxy to reproduce edge-case failures, validate cross-system integrations, and accelerate engineering fixes.
