What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and strengthen trauma-informed, culturally affirming mental health services for children, youth, and families, with opportunities to mentor clinicians, improve care coordination, and support clinically compliant programs.

At Jewish Family and Community Services, I provide clinical supervision, coaching, onboarding, documentation review, and Medi-Cal/CalAIM compliance support for clinicians serving clients from birth through young adulthood. I help strengthen clinical policies, training resources, care coordination, and relationships with funding partners.

Across private practice, foster care, community mental health, residential, inpatient, and correctional settings, I’ve delivered trauma-informed, culturally affirming therapy, crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals for children, youth, and families. I bring more than 20 years of clinical experience and have supervised clinicians, case managers, counselors, and interns through mentorship and case consultation.
