At Synchronic, I led end-to-end design for mobile and web scheduling experiences. I interviewed users and tested designs across multiple iterations, then introduced clearer meeting-type indicators and a persistent notification system to improve scheduling workflows and availability submissions.
At She Safety, I researched emergency-response experiences and designed an SOS flow with double-press confirmation. I also worked on trusted contacts, live location sharing, and emergency access for people without the app.
Across a civic engagement app and SkyIT, I redesigned information and workflows for citizens and enterprise users. My work has included research, prototyping, accessible interface design, reusable components, and design QA.
