At DXC Technology, I work across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, using SRM, Ariba, and SAP to support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor details. I also validate software-related PRs and POs and support procurement of HP hardware, software, leases, and services.
I perform invoice quality checks and analyze SAP reports for invoice and AP verification. I publish QC dashboards and prepare monthly CAPEX reports for management, while updating AP errors in CAPA and resolving escalated issues.
Previously, as a Process Analyst at Mindteck India Ltd, I prepared regular management reports, analyzed blocked invoices, and conducted quality checks. I also documented company processes and conducted training and change management activities.
