What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, growth-focused design role where I can apply user-centered design, prototyping, and visual design to solve real user problems and advance my product-design skills.

I am a dedicated UI/UX professional with hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. I built a foundation through self-directed projects and a UI/UX certification, and I currently work on live projects as a UI/UX designer intern, applying user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging interfaces.

Before transitioning to design, I spent years in customer success and telecom support, where I strengthened my collaboration, research, and problem-solving skills and learned to translate technical constraints into clear, usable products. I am committed to continuous learning, iterative design, and delivering measurable improvements in user satisfaction.
