At FIS, I led a team of four QA engineers delivering end-to-end testing for web-based payment transaction workflows. I planned sprint testing, assigned work, mentored engineers, reviewed test cases, led defect triage, and coordinated releases.

I test MasterCard prepaid card issuance, loading, and transaction lifecycles, along with debit and credit card authorization, settlement, and reversals against ISO 8583 specifications. My work also covers card-not-present payments, decline and error handling, and cross-network interoperability.

Previously at Fiserv, I supported credit-risk and fraud monitoring for payment transactions across EMEA and APAC, using Actimize, database validation, and UI-based risk calculations. At Accenture, I led Omnipay release and UAT testing, acted as a client liaison, and tested VISA, MasterCard, and digital wallet transactions.

I build regression coverage for critical payment journeys and validate REST APIs with Postman and backend data with SQL. I work across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models, partnering with product managers, developers, external partners, and vendors to turn requirements into testable outcomes.
