What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality strategy and automation for complex enterprise platforms, combining hands-on engineering with team mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, risk-based testing, and end-to-end quality ownership.

I've led QA strategy and delivery for SWBC Financial Services' Audit Track and Documentum applications at TCS, managing a 14-member team and serving as the customer-facing QA point of contact.

I build repeatable quality practices across Selenium automation, end-to-end testing, risk analysis, defect triage, production readiness, and stakeholder coordination. My work spans insurance, trade finance, retail banking, investment banking, and global banking for clients including HSBC, Citibank, Barclays, UBS, Goldman Sachs, RAK Bank, and JPMorgan Chase.

I also bring a Java/J2EE engineering background, having developed enterprise banking applications, integrations, and production support capabilities before moving into quality leadership.
