At Volúpia Digital / Infoprotect, I develop and evolve a multi-tenant SaaS CRM using React, TypeScript, and Supabase/PostgreSQL. I also delivered a client's online learning platform, including the migration of about 7,000 users.
I work on Meta integrations for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Ads, as well as webhooks and electronic service invoices. I’ve also developed generative AI features, including assistants, personalized recommendations, and automated reports.
My earlier work at Orbenk included process integrations, ETL, and Power BI dashboards. I’ve also supported Oracle database environments at Byseven and automated data handling at Neogrid; today, I handle L2/L3 support, root cause analysis, and production fixes.
