At OPTUM, I support the Risk Manager reporting environment, resolving report and data issues and troubleshooting performance. I also deploy reports across environments and schedule recurring jobs.
I completed a small-scale migration from Cognos Analytics 11.2.4 FP3 to FP6 to address vulnerabilities. I set up an audit database to monitor report runtimes, user logons, frequently run reports, and failures.
Previously, on TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES’ ADMC project, I supported Cognos, SAP BO, and BI Publisher production environments. I investigated report data back to Data Stage and validated reports with SQL.
