What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a German-speaking remote role in customer support, back-office work, or data processing, where I can apply my documentation, quality control, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.

I've spent more than 10 years in manufacturing, automation, and industrial production, including automotive work with thyssenkrupp Automotive Body Solutions and thyssenkrupp System Engineering GmbH.

At thyssenkrupp Automotive Body Solutions, I operated automated production systems and KUKA robotic systems, performed quality inspections, troubleshot production issues, and maintained production documentation under strict quality and safety standards.

My earlier production and assembly experience strengthened my process monitoring, quality control, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork. I also completed a Bachelor Professional of Metal Production and Management and hold a Trainer Aptitude Certificate.

As a native German speaker with good working English, I'm transitioning toward a German-speaking remote role in customer support, back-office work, or data processing.
