Vincent Ahortor
@vincentahortor
Detail-oriented research data professional skilled in clinical data entry, cleaning, and analysis to support public health decisions.
What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented research professional with experience in data collection, entry, cleaning, and management across large-scale public health and clinical research projects. I focus on accuracy, documentation, and record reconciliation so teams can trust the data they use for decisions.
In my current role, I accurately enter clinical trial and patient data into electronic databases and research management systems, including REDCap and Veeva CDMS. I collaborate closely with clinicians, field workers, and data managers while supporting projects such as TyVEGHA, THECA, and SETA Plus.
I also contribute to data cleaning and audit preparation for regulatory and institutional reviews. My goal is to keep records consistent and operational reporting ready, whether the need is day-to-day tracking or formal review support.
Before this, I provided administrative support to graduate programs—managing student records and delivering front-desk and email-based support. I also completed a district-level data analyst internship where I generated reports and visualizations to guide policy and planning.
