At Chubb, I developed the Gen AI / NL2SQL platform roadmap and partnered on claims-intake automation that reduced operations time from days to minutes. I also advised the CIO organization on platform strategy and Gen AI engineering priorities.
At Wells Fargo, I led the architecture organization across four countries, responsible for 10,000+ applications and a $560M annual platform budget. I co-developed a CDD/EDD platform that replaced a roughly seven-application agent workflow with one app, reducing onboarding from months to days and processing time by about 65%.
I co-founded an AI code governance platform and prototyped a validation engine that checks AI-generated code against configurable enterprise rules, with pass/fail scoring informed by SR 11-7 model risk principles. Earlier, I grew the EY advisory team from 7 to 160 and, as a CSC Partner, delivered platforms that saved Barclays GBP 35-50M annually.
