I conduct usability reviews and testing, then refine designs based on user behaviour, business needs, and stakeholder feedback. I also create responsive layouts and reusable UI patterns, and review developed screens during implementation, UAT, and release preparation.
I contributed to websites and digital product experiences for RepoSystems, RDN, TitleMax, and other lender companies. My HFI UX Analyst course strengthened my practical knowledge of user-centered analysis, usability principles, and evidence-based design decisions.
