At Quantum IT Innovation, I contributed to Salesforce development and production support in live client environments. I investigated recurring Opportunity Flow issues and implemented Validation Rules for data quality and stage progression.
For a K-12 education client, I contributed to a Lead-to-Order lifecycle for schools purchasing grade-specific course books. I developed an LWC with supporting Apex for product and bundle selection, and implemented logic to carry approved bundles into Orders and create related Order Products.
I also managed website maintenance, feature updates, and SEO and content support for client accounts including Tanishq, HomeBaristas, CancerSpecialist, and a preschool education client. This work included requirement discussions, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
In my Study Notion Management System academic project, I developed a Salesforce Lightning application for student enrollment, batch allocation, fees, attendance, and results. I built interactive LWCs and used Apex, Flows, and Salesforce security features to support the application.
