I am a finance professional with 14+ years of experience in financial planning, controlling, project cost management and operational governance across global operations. I have led budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis and reporting to C-level stakeholders while implementing automation (RPA/Lean) to drive efficiency.
I have managed and coached finance teams, owned global controlling standards, and supported large-scale project and client implementations across organizations such as Wipro, Barclays, Atos and the World Bank Group.
