At Terras App Solutions, I build and maintain features for rural-credit platforms used throughout the proposal lifecycle. My work brings property validation, geospatial analysis, proposal review, and reporting into the workflow for project designers and bank teams.
I built an asynchronous processing queue for drawable-area generation, eliminating request timeouts when large geometries were processed. I also simplified the data path to return GeoJSON directly and improved PostGIS queries to make geometry workloads more manageable.
I developed analyses involving rural property boundaries, CAR data, environmental restrictions, and spatial intersections. I also built forms and interactive maps, and created proposal reports from JSON data using jsreport.
Earlier, at CleanDev, I contributed to full-stack development tasks for governance systems and a gym management application. I'm looking for remote roles with international teams, working from Belém, Brazil, with overlap across US and European hours.
