At Slate, I built AI-powered E2E investigators that analyze failed tests and identify root causes, along with tools that diagnose and resolve Playwright test failures. I also built QA gates for the release pipeline and an internal portal for managing automated tests.

I lead a team of five QA Automation Engineers, handling hiring, mentoring, and performance development. I own company-wide release metrics and timeline tracking, and contributed directly to frontend development and product features.

Earlier, I managed 27 FTEs as a Technical Project Manager at SoftServe. My experience also includes leading Scrum teams, managing product development at NoBroker, and building website functionality as a Full Stack Developer at Freelance.
