At Accenture, I build Power BI dashboards for a global Pharmacovigilance project, giving visibility into case movement and operational analytics across two key processes.
I also built an inline QC dashboard to show error counts and types by case processor, with region-wise distribution and daily and monthly views. Excel VBA macros automate daily case allocation, reducing manual effort from 2.5 hours to 30 minutes.
At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I designed and deployed 12+ Power BI dashboards for airline operations and revenue analytics. I built star schema models, developed DAX measures, and prepared data with SQL Server.
I also automated recurring business reporting and RCA follow-up, implemented row-level security, and managed Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, scheduled refreshes, and Gateway.
