I also spearheaded Aegis, a configurable Java-based Agentic AI platform for support, funnel monitoring, and automated root cause analysis. It aggregates 30+ operational signals and playbooks, and eliminated 15 manual L1/L2 support roles.
At TekMedia, I implemented the 4K feature for the NIMBRA 414 product for 2024 Olympics streaming. I also upgraded FFmpeg from version 2.8 to 7.0 and worked on backend processing to optimize memory usage and fix OOM-related issues.
