At Oracle, I handle end-to-end migration programs for SPM (Subscription Plan Management), NGDBI, LDAP/GIT, and IDRS/OCAS, including CSSAP activities.
I also coordinated the release of the first version of Inventory Analytic - OAC on CDR, including TPM activities and CSSAP approvals. As part of the ShapeAgnostic – ARM Program, I migrated all planned x86 cores tracked as Critical Projects deliverables.
At Citrix, I managed program value through Kanban and JIRA Portfolio, and coordinated iteration and Program Increment calendars. I owned the release cadence for feature and maintenance releases and provided release analytics to executive leadership.
Earlier at McAfee, I coordinated project planning, execution, and risk management for Network Security Manager. I also served as Scrum Master for product and sustenance releases and supported branching and versioning for product certification needs.
