What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute across FP&A, business finance, controllership, budgeting, profitability analysis, and strategic finance initiatives that support business decision-making and growth.

At Redseer Strategy Consultants, I lead monthly financial close, revenue and cost booking, provisions, financial-statement review, and project-margin analysis.

I deliver monthly MIS, business-unit P&Ls, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting to support leadership decisions. I also manage the contract-to-cash cycle, revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and treasury planning.

I’ve contributed to ESOP and CCD structuring, subsidiary setup, and corporate restructurings, while developing accounting SOPs for an NPO trust and supporting tax and statutory compliance.

Earlier, I led statutory audits across pharma, ed-tech, retail, and trading, and handled accounting, payroll, GST, TDS, tax audits, and compliance for SMEs and larger entities.
