VarshaSree Somayaji

I am a final-year Bachelor of Technology student in Computer Science Engineering with hands-on experience building AI/ML-driven systems and developer productivity tools. I work primarily with Python, SQL, Java, and modern web frameworks to deliver scalable solutions.

I have designed and implemented multiple projects that integrate GitHub and Jira data, using models like LightGBM and time-series techniques (Prophet/ARIMA) to predict review delays, merge risk, and delivery risks. My work emphasizes modular architectures that separate data ingestion, AI prediction, and insight generation for maintainability.

Notable projects include an AI-driven Pull Request Intelligence Engine, an Engineering Productivity Bottleneck Detector that computes DORA metrics and detects anomalies, and a Pull Request Agent that provides automated code-review suggestions via LLMs. I also built dashboards and interpretable AI insights to help engineering teams act on predictions.

I am passionate about automation, developer experience, and production-ready ML systems, and I bring a disciplined approach to software engineering, testing, and CI/CD practices. I enjoy solving algorithmic problems and continuously improving system reliability and developer productivity.
