What I'm looking for

I seek finance roles where I can manage end-to-end accounting, improve financial controls and processes, mentor teams, and support strategic decision-making in a collaborative organization.

I am a results-driven finance and accounts professional with over eight years of experience across manufacturing and corporate environments, focused on accurate financial reporting, audits, AP/AR, payroll and strategic planning.

In my current part-time role I manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll, statutory compliance and audit coordination while driving process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

I have led finance teams and prepared MIS reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses to support decision-making, and I have hands-on experience in month-end and year-end close activities and working with auditors and financial institutions.

I also deliver finance instruction to CMA and BBA students, simplifying core concepts and improving exam readiness, and I have prior experience designing and teaching business research methods at the college level.
